Scope of the Role

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees daily operations of the billing and credit management functions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for CooperCompanies’ North America entities in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. This role ensures timely and accurate invoicing, credit approvals, and compliance with company policies and SOX requirements. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Supervisor provides leadership to a team of AR specialists, monitors performance metrics, and supports process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for managing the operational execution of AR activities, including billing accuracy, credit risk monitoring, and month-end close support.
