Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future by delivering exceptional, end‑to‑end recruiting support and strategic talent advisory. In this role, you will work closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, design proactive talent strategies, and build strong pipelines that enable long-term organizational growth.

You will lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple business units while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers. As a trusted talent advisor, you will leverage data, market insights, and recruiting best practices to influence decisions, enhance hiring effectiveness, and elevate our overall talent approach. This is a full‑time, onsite position based in our Trumbull, CT office.
