CVJ is currently #1 position in the offline market and #2 position in the overall market. He/She develops, direct and implement marketing and corporate strategies, and lead the long-range strategic initiative of CVJ to improve the CVJ’s competitive position to be the leader in the market in the next 5 years. Also establish robust strategy on expansion of online channel sales while keeping strong momentum in the offline channel.
In charge of day-to-day activities of marketing team from clinical study preparation, large customer strategy building, new product launch readiness, advertising & promotion, market and competitors’ analysis to budget management.
This position oversees a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals which comprised of Brand Marketing team, Professional Service team, Customer Marketing Team, and Myopia Management team.
This position will be Head of Japan (GM)'s right hand for corporate strategy and various important assignments.
Work closely with the Japan Leadership Team to build stronger Japan business and enhance the team & culture.
Works also closely with the peers and stakeholders of the region and the global marketing and commercial leaders.
