To provide proactive, value adding, strategically aligned support to the Senior Managers of their area in the development and the delivery of people strategies, in line with the business VMOST objectives. Being an active change agent with delivery and implementation of any organisational transformation work. Ensuring all advise given is compliant with legislation adhering to company policies and best practice.
