Short Description

The Program manager supports timely execution of priorities across the Institute. This role functions as an operational coordinator, working closely with the Leadership team to support workflows, manage deliverables, and drive accountability across initiatives. The Program Manager provides day-to-day programmatic, administrative, and project support. 

 

Program & Project Management - Manage and track multiple operational initiatives, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates for Institute initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts among clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders. 

Administrative & Operational Support - Serve as a day-to-day administrative and operational, supporting execution of priorities and follow-up on action items. Support operational workflows across Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and Podiatry as assigned. Assist with website development maintenance, social media content, and marketing plans. Assist with value analysis activities within the Institute. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and summaries for leadership meetings, track action items and accountability. Assist with website development maintenance, social media content, and marketing plans. 

Physician & APP Recruitment Support - Support physician and APP recruitment activities by assisting with interview coordination, onboarding timelines, and related administrative processes. Track recruitment-related tasks to ensure timely completion and smooth onboarding experiences. Collaborate with Medical Staff Affairs, HR, and departmental leadership as needed. 

 

Performance & Process Improvement - Support leadership team with operational performance metrics. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance operational consistency. Support implementation of best practices and standardized workflows across the Institute.
