  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and rental operations, including fleet utilization and profitability drivers
  • A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points)
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Lower Mainland; this role is primarily field-based
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools
  • A leadership style rooted in honesty, integrity, and trust — doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to move key customers toward value-based partnerships
  • Comfortable leading customer presentations and meetings, articulating value, aligning solutions to customer needs, and influencing decision-makers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels — internally and externally
  • Strong business acumen, including experience managing budgets, AR and collections, reviewing P&Ls, and planning for growth
  • The flexibility to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
