We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Having high quality Team Leaders is an integral part to our success. Your support in the front of house or back of house operations will be essential to a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.

Your Impact

• Overseeing all in-restaurant Front-of-House or Back-of-House operations
  
• Assisting Management in coaching a team of 10+
  
• Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
  
• Protecting profitability by reducing waste, stewarding labor, and managing lean inventory systems
  
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
  
• Communicating goals, expectations, and results with team members on a daily basis
  

Background Profile

• Excel at working under high stress situations
  
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
