We’re a people-first, product-led company that moves fast and stays focused on making an impact—together.</p> <p>This is a <strong>remote-friendly hybrid role</strong> with a preference for candidates based in <strong>New York City</strong>, where we have a vibrant HQ and frequent in-person collaboration.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>senior-level freelance recruiter</strong> to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on high-impact <strong>GTM searches</strong>, primarily across <strong>Brand, Growth Marketing, and related leadership roles</strong> in the U.S., Canada and LATAM.</p> <p>You’ll play a key role in <strong>sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier, values-aligned talent</strong> in a fast-moving, creative, and data-driven environment. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing talent markets and the ability to tell compelling stories that attract the best candidates.</p> <p>You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house recruiting team to build strong pipelines, lead candidate engagement, and help shape what great hiring looks like at CookUnity.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers and the in-house recruiting team to <strong>own full-cycle searches</strong> or key portions of them, depending on project needs.</li> <li>Build strong pipelines of <strong>top marketing talent</strong>, with a focus on <strong>Brand, Growth, and Creative leadership roles</strong>.</li> <li>Act as a <strong>trusted partner and advisor</strong> to hiring managers—leading intake sessions, providing market insights, and supporting hiring strategy discussions.</li> <li>Drive <strong>proactive sourcing and outreach</strong>, using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and AI tools to identify top talent in competitive GTM spaces.</li> <li>Deliver a <strong>high-touch candidate experience</strong>, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout every stage of the process.</li> <li>Facilitate <strong>interview debriefs and structured decision-making</strong>, ensuring alignment with CookUnity’s values and leadership principles.</li> <li>Partner with the team on <strong>employer branding and talent marketing</strong> initiatives to strengthen our presence in the marketing community.</li> <li>Track and share progress through a <strong>data-informed lens</strong>, optimizing funnel health and hiring velocity.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, ideally in <strong>high-growth, product-led companies</strong>, with a focus on <strong>GTM and Marketing roles</strong>.</li> <li>Deep understanding of the <strong>Brand, Growth, and Performance Marketing</strong> landscape in the U.S. market.</li> <li>Proven success sourcing and closing <strong>senior-level marketing and creative leaders</strong>.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills—you can confidently advise and influence hiring decisions.</li> <li>Skilled in <strong>sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools</strong> (we use Greenhouse).</li> <li>Excellent <strong>written and verbal communication</strong> skills and a genuine ability to engage candidates with authenticity.</li> <li>Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a <strong>fast-paced, collaborative environment</strong>.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Familiarity with <strong>North American and LATAM markets</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>talent marketing and employer branding</strong> tactics.</li> <li>Conversational Spanish is a big plus.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Why CookUnity?</strong></h2> <p>We’re a profitable, mission-driven company with over 70% YoY growth, passionate about transforming mealtime with chef-crafted, personalized meals.
