The team collaborates closely with B2C operations, product, and customer experience to ensure seamless execution, operational reliability, and scalable systems that support growth.</p> <h3>The role:</h3> <p>We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to seek out and cultivate opportunities for CookUnity's B2B solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing your own sales pipeline, from</p> <p>initial prospecting to closing contracts. Your duties will encompass the entire sales process, including identifying prospects, conducting discovery sessions, negotiating contracts, and managing solutions. While you will assist in implementing any opportunities you secure, this position primarily focuses on acquiring new business. We are seeking a candidate who is outcome-focused, performance-oriented, and capable of meeting and exceeding high expectations in a fast-growing, high-performing sales organization. You’ll be expected to run a well-managed, high-volume pipeline while keeping your forecast current and accurate.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build, develop, and manage an accurate pipeline.</li> <li>Make a high volume of daily outbound calls in order to quickly and efficiently qualify and educate users.</li> <li>Identify specific customer profiles in the moment — and tailor your conversation to their needs</li> <li>Thoroughly document your process in our CRM to maintain a clean pipeline.</li> <li>Work as a consultative partner to guide prospects through their first order.</li> <li>Provide engaging demonstrations that show users how to best utilize our platform.</li> <li>Quickly uncover and diagnose the needs and pain points of our corporate partners.</li> <li>Educate users on customer insights and B2B best practices to meet their individual and company needs.</li> <li>Practice exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Collaborate with others to drive ongoing improvements to our current process.</li> <li>Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals to potential clients aligning to specific requirements and respond to inbound client RFPs</li> </ul> <h3></h3> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Have 4+ years of professional experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Representative, with a proven track record of being a top performer</li> <li>Persistently desire to achieve and exceed goals.</li> <li>Drive conversations, influence others, and successfully sell.</li> <li>Thrive in a fast-paced and hypergrowth tech company.</li> <li>Conduct effective outreach that gets you in front of decision-makers</li> <li>Demonstrate ability to think and act both strategically and tactically</li> <li>Demonstrate strong technical skills aligning to client proposals and RFP responses</li> <li>Possess a strong desire for customer experience excellence</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Learn More About CookUnity</strong></h3> <p>We believe great leadership starts with alignment on vision, values, and ways of working.
