PAY RANGE: $23.646-$28.587 HOURLY

JOB SUMMARY UNION SEIU 73
Under the supervision of a licensed physician, the Medical Assistant (MA) works as part of a multidisciplinary care team to support both clinical and administrative functions and contribute to the continuity of care to the patient. The MA works collaboratively with physicians, nurses and administrative staff in the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care and in the Specialty Clinics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
OR
Five (5) years of recent full-time professional Medical Assistant experience is required.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, is required. (Must provide certification at time of interview.)

Physical Demands: | The incumbent stands and walks 80%25 of the day. May be required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs. Constantly uses both hands and fingers for handling. |
