40Summary:
The Executive Secretary will assist the physician staff and clinic management team in activities of a clerical nature. The Executive Secretary will promote and maintain good customer service within the department and with all personnel of CCHCS. The Executive Secretary will support the physician staff/clinic management team in an organized and professional manner. This individual shall exhibit resourcefulness, independence and a positive work attitude.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in related field
Office skilled in the area of reception, correspondence, communication and organization
Computer skilled (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)
