Summary:

The Cook Children's Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Also, you will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic business partner role.

  • Strategic thinking balanced with practical implementation skills
