Summary:

The Home Health Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory services to the homebound patient including clinical application of ventilation, oxygen, suction, and apnea monitoring. Ensures proper respiratory care is provided to patients through instruction of patient/family, direct care and follow up. Member of healthcare team providing integrated services to the patient.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited 2-year program or graduate of a 1-year technical program with at least one year of clinical respiratory experience.
  • CPR
  • RRT (NBRC)
  • Registry Eligible (NBRC)
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License
