If you're interested in creating inspiring moments of connection, consider joining our team.</p> <p><strong>CLUB SERVICE TECHNICIAN - PART TIME</strong></p> <p>We’re seeking a Part-Time Club Service Technician to join our Operations team at our Club 75 property, at 75 Rockefeller Plaza. The Club Service Technician will report directly to the Club Manager.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p>The Club Service Technician delivers warm, anticipatory hospitality to members and guests, ensuring an exceptional club experience at every touchpoint. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, service-driven mindset.</p> <ul> <li>Greet and engage members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care</li> <li>Deliver world-class service in alignment with Brand Standards and Standard Operating Procedures</li> <li>Build positive relationships with members and confidently answer questions about menus, beverages, and club spaces</li> <li>Prepare and serve espresso, tea, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and procedures</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of beverage programs, menus, recipes, and culinary offerings</li> <li>Accurately take and fulfill food and beverage orders in lounge, dining, and private dining spaces</li> <li>Set up, replenish, and maintain dining and lounge areas, including furniture movement as needed</li> <li>Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including cleaning and resetting spaces</li> <li>Maintain safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, following all sanitation and food-handling standards</li> <li>Uphold a polished, professional appearance and assist with additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Look For:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of extensive server experience, ideally in fine dining</li> <li>Bartending and Barista knowledge</li> <li>Basic knowledge of food and beverage</li> <li>Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proven good organizational skills and proficient in multitasking</li> <li>Must be highly motivated and ready to lead other team members</li> <li>A food Hygiene or Food Handling Certificate preferred</li> <li>TIPS Certification preferred</li> <li>Flexible and long hours sometimes required</li> <li>Ability to move, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance</li> <li>Ability to reach overhead and below the knees</li> <li>Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time</li> </ul> <p>The above job definition information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
