Job Summary  

Organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Key Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Reception, scanning and mail/parcel distribution.
  • Active collaboration with different departments.
  • Assisting with the on-boarding and off-boarding of the employees – Welcome kits for the New Joiners and return company equipment for the employee exits.
  • Assist in overseeing guest experience by greeting visitors and providing general support.
  • Monitoring the office facilities and office equipment and follow-up on any maintenance-related issues.
  • Help to organize in-house or off-site company events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Control of stock regarding office stationery and merchandising.
  • Updating and archiving files.
  • Provide general administrative support.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Accurate, proactive, and organized with attention to detail.
  • Flexible, highly motivated, open-minded personality and "can-do" attitude.
  • Able to work expertly and effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.

  • Speaking:   Yes - English

  • Reading:     Yes - English
