Opportunity
Contract Lumber is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance Team in Pataskala, OH. This person will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Day to Day
- Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work.
- Assist in preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Help maintain grounds by mowing lawns, removing snow, and performing basic landscaping.
- Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Have Fun and Enjoy What you do!!
- Great Attitude and a Team Player
- Previous experience in general maintenance, construction or handyman work.
- Knowledgeable with various electrical and plumbing components
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Work in indoor / outdoor conditions
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid drivers license as this role does require some travel to other locations as needed.
