Balance user needs with business objectives to create meaningful solutions.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>User-centric approach:</strong> Dive deep into user research, analyzing context, motivations, and behaviors to inform design decisions that genuinely resonate with our audience.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>Design and validate:</strong> Generate multiple design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Test rigorously, iterate quickly, and let data guide your decisions.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;"><strong>Build with systems in mind:</strong> Contribute to and leverage our design system, working with our component library to create scalable, consistent experiences.
