Senior Scrum Master

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Agile methodologies, team empowerment, and organizational transformation? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will act as a coach, facilitator, and change agent, supporting Agile adoption at both team and organizational levels. You will help teams deliver value efficiently while embedding Agile principles deeply into everyday practices.

Build side:

You will actively contribute to Agile transformation and continuous improvement:

• Promote and embed Agile values, principles, and best practices (Scrum, XP, FDD, Agile BABOK)

• Coach teams on Agile roles, responsibilities, and ways of working

• Support Product Owners in backlog management and value-driven prioritization

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Foster collaboration between teams and stakeholders to maximize Agile benefits

• Contribute to the evolution of Agile frameworks, practices, and governance

Run side:

You will ensure smooth team operations and sustainable performance:

• Identify, challenge, and remove impediments (technical, organizational, or human)

• Act as a trusted facilitator in complex or conflictual situations

• Support teams in becoming fully autonomous and self-organized

• Monitor team health, delivery flow, and Agile maturity

• Mentor and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices

• Encourage continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding Agile / DevOps environments, including significant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

You enjoy coaching teams, influencing change, and working close to both technical and business stakeholders. You are looking for an environment where Agile excellence, autonomy, and long-term thinking truly matter.

Agile & Technical skills

• Strong expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks

• Proven experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams

• Solid understanding of software development and engineering practices

• Previous hands-on experience as a software developer

• Experience working in modern engineering environments

Languages

• English: C1

• French: B2
