Senior Business Analyst

This is your mission

Are you passionate about data, finance, and regulatory reporting? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to a Shared Data Ecosystem dedicated to capital, risk, and regulatory reporting, supporting large-scale finance and risk programs within a complex IT landscape.

Build side:

You will actively contribute to the design and evolution of reporting solutions:

• Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders

• Translate requirements into User Stories and functional specifications

• Contribute to the implementation of reporting and data access solutions

• Participate in solution design around Finance, Risk, and Regulatory reporting

• Support validation phases with end users

• Document processes, solutions, and functional behavior

Run side:

You will ensure the reliability and continuity of production activities:

• Monitor monthly and quarterly closing processes

• Analyze incidents and data issues, propose short-term workarounds and long-term fixes

• Provide functional and production support to internal users

• Follow up incidents, requests, and reporting activities with strong reactivity

• Participate in on-call duties when required (nights/weekends)

• Ensure proper release and deployment into production environments

This is your background

You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in demanding financial or reporting environments.

You enjoy working close to the business, understanding complex data flows, and turning requirements into concrete, value-driven solutions. You are curious, analytical, and motivated by environments where technology, finance, and collaboration intersect.

Technical & Functional skills

• Strong mastery of SQL

• Python for data analysis and automation

• Advanced Excel skills

• Good overall IT knowledge

• Solid understanding of Banking, Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting concepts

• Experience in Agile environments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics

Languages

• English: C1

• French: a plus
