Senior Trainer / Functional Analyst / Scrum Master M/F

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Agile, training, and functional analysis? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Trainer / Functional Analyst / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for training IT teams on business topics, facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and performing functional analysis in our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Deliver training sessions (often in English) on business topics (ETCS, signaling) for IT profiles (analysts, developers, testers) at basic to medium level.

• Ensure trainees understand the context in which they operate (Signalling Design Platform and business partner office at Infrabel).

• Prepare training materials and documentation for compliance with standards.

• Support business teams in understanding processes and requirements.

Run side:

• Facilitate and animate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and meetings in English for a small team (1–3 testers, 7–8 developers, occasionally an additional analyst).

• Perform functional analysis for team releases as needed.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to meet objectives.

• Maintain documentation to comply with quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, EN 50.128, ISO 27001 – NIS).

• Coach, mentor, and support team members in Agile practices and functional processes.

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience as a trainer and functional analyst, and at least 2 years as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum teams. You enjoy working with teams, coaching, and delivering high-quality solutions, and you are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding Agile/Scrum environments. You enjoy training, functional analysis, and team facilitation, and are looking to grow in a role that combines teaching, coaching, and hands-on analysis.
