Quality Assurance Officer / QA Automation Engineer M/F

This is your mission
Are you passionate about software quality, automation, and continuous improvement? Then this position is for you.

As a Quality Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions by defining and executing robust testing strategies, with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD integration.

Build side:

• Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases for API-driven applications

• Develop and maintain scalable automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines

• Contribute to the design and evolution of QA strategies, tools, and best practices

• Review existing QA processes, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements

• Define and execute effective testing methodologies based on functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with IT Architects and Product Owners to ensure high-quality deployments within defined timeframes

• Define strategies for consistent QA environments and test infrastructures

Run side:

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts, including planning, estimation, execution, and monitoring of test activities

• Identify, document, track, and report defects, ensuring minimal defect leakage into production

• Measure, analyze, and report quality metrics (functional and non-functional) on a regular basis

• Validate application performance and behavior using tools such as ReadyAPI, Postman, and Gatling

• Communicate quality status, risks, and metrics across the organization

• Stay current with industry standards, tools, and process-related best practices

• Provide regular reporting to PMO and Quality departments

This is your background
You have proven experience in technical QA with a strong emphasis on test automation. You are comfortable working in complex environments involving APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
