QA Automation Engineer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about quality assurance, automation, and delivering flawless software? Then this position is for you.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our development processes through automation and rigorous testing in our ecosystem.

Build Side:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.

• Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline.

• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test plans.

• Develop, implement, and maintain testing frameworks for multiple applications.

• Perform test automation for various applications using modern testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).

• Continuously improve and optimize automation testing strategies for performance and scalability.

Run side:

• Execute automated test scripts and monitor test results to ensure coverage and accuracy.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and document test failures in collaboration with development teams.

• Report and track issues using issue management tools (e.g., Jira).

• Maintain detailed documentation of automated tests and results.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving testing practices across teams.

• Support the manual testing team when needed, focusing on critical edge cases and test scenarios.

You have at least 3+ years of experience in QA automation, ideally in demanding DevOps environments. You enjoy problem-solving, thrive on continuous improvement, and are passionate about writing efficient and reliable test scripts. This is your expertise:

• QA Automation Tools & Frameworks: Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, or similar.

• Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.

• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, or other pipeline tools.

• Version Control: Git, SVN.

• Testing Practices: Test-driven development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD).

• Bug Tracking/Issue Management: Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.

• Cloud Environments: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
