Business Expert

This is your mission

Are you passionate about bridging business, risk, and technology to drive meaningful transformation? Then this position is for you.

As a Business Expert, you will represent business needs within a Tribe/Squad and contribute to transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance partner and stakeholder satisfaction.

Build side:

• Represent Risk and Finance business needs within the Tribe/Squad.

• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements.

• Contribute to the drafting and validation of business components of user stories.

• Build business cases to support feature prioritization and investment decisions.

• Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and improvements.

• Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and finance frameworks.

Run side:

• Prepare and execute UAT test cases aligned with acceptance criteria.

• Identify, report, and follow up on bugs and functional inconsistencies.

• Support change management initiatives impacting business processes.

• Act as the main point of contact for partners during integrations.

• Produce and maintain integration and process documentation.

• Support ad-hoc activities required to meet Tribe objectives.

This is your background

You have at least 5+ years of experience in a demanding business, risk, or transformation environment.
You enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT, thrive in Agile contexts, and are driven by continuous improvement. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where collaboration goes hand in hand with innovation.

• Business & Functional Skills (in an Agile / Tribe / Squad environment):

  • Business analysis and process optimization

  • Risk and Finance frameworks

  • User story definition and validation

  • UAT preparation and execution
