Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Fulfillment Lead to join our team!

As the Fulfillment Lead  (Evenings) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Complete daily workflow assignments in fulfillment areas including packaging, delivery, and purchasing.
• Maintain a clean workstation, replenish supplies when needed.
• Ensure the storage of medications/supplies follows all regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide quality customer service
• Collaborates with the Fulfillment Supervisor or Department Supervisor to ensure compliance with state and federal regulation. 
• Assist with orientation and training of staff.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

• Unencumbered Pharmacy Technician License required in appropriate state.
• Ability to implement procedures with understanding of goals and objectives within the department. 
• Ability to work with other department leads in an interconnected matrix environment. 
• This is an evening and weekend position.
