We are currently looking for a motivated employee to join our team of professionals in the position of:</p></div><p><br></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><br></strong><span style="font-size:18px;"><strong>Service Engineer&nbsp;</strong></span></p></div><p><br><strong>Location</strong>: Sofia<br></p><div style="text-align:justify;"><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p></div><ul><li><p>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced fire detection systems</p></li><li><p>Program, configure, and commission new and existing systems to ensure optimal performance</p></li><li><p>Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with modifications, diagnosing errors, and performing mandatory inspections on existing systems</p></li><li><p>Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external customers through clear and concise communication</p></li><li><p>Provide expert technical assistance to customers by personal consultations on site, via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Conduct training sessions on our products and systems for external customers, internal teams, service representatives, and crew members, sharing your expertise to build knowledge across the organization.
