Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and with more than 55 offices worldwide, we are a fast-evolving, purpose-driven organization where performance meets impact.</span></p><p><span><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></span><span style=""><br></span><span>As our <strong>PLM System Owner</strong>, you will ensure that our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system effectively supports every stage of the product lifecycle — from concept and design to production, maintenance, and phase-out. You will bridge business functions, IT, and external partners to maximize system performance, user adoption, and business value.</span></p><p><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span><span style=""><br></span><span>In this role, you will own and maintain the PLM system roadmap in alignment with our product strategy and enterprise architecture. You will ensure seamless integration of PLM with surrounding systems such as CAD, ERP, MES, and CRM and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collaboration, data integrity, and process efficiency. You will maintain system availability, stability, and compliance with IT policies and security standards, coordinate upgrades, releases, and configuration changes with IT and vendors, manage user access and system documentation, and oversee change requests and improvement initiatives.</span></p><p><span>You will serve as the subject matter expert for PLM-related processes such as product data management, configuration control, and change management. Capturing and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements will be key, as well as supporting and training users for effective PLM adoption. Collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams will be central to your work.</span></p><p><span>You will lead or participate in steering groups, system forums, and development projects, work closely with Application Architects, Solution Managers, and IT Service Owners, and manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.</span></p><p><span><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Holds an academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, IT, or a related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with PLM systems or in product lifecycle management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Curious, proactive, and comfortable bridging technology and business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experienced with PLM systems and product lifecycle processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Passionate about creating systems that make a meaningful impact on safety and efficiency</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Why Join Us</strong></span><span style=""><br></span><span>You will work in a global, purpose-driven organization shaping the future of SafetyTech, collaborating with passionate teams across diverse industries.
