This role uses a thorough understanding of our critical business concepts, terms, and processes to assist the Data Services team with data creation, data pipeline adjustments, and refinement. <br><br><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Executes projects through writing SQL queries, analyzing data, and building reports .</li> <li>Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail &nbsp;</li> <li>Performs requirements gathering and ensures reports/analyses are fulfilling user requirements and in&nbsp;<br>alignment with corporate KPI definitions</li> <li>Defines, understands, and recommends changes based on findings</li> <li>Analyzes and presents findings to key project stakeholders</li> <li>Ensures collected data is organized, captured, and designed to support business needs</li> <li>Researches, analyzes, and documents findings &nbsp;</li> <li>Prioritizes projects based on organizational needs</li> <li>May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision</li> <li>Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area</li> <li>Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement &nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to analyze business needs and work with technical staff to formulate technical solutions</li> <li>Strong strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities</li> <li>Possesses a professional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email</li> <li>Strong presentation and communication skills</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience &nbsp;</li> <li>3+ years of experience in relevant field</li> <li>Experience using Power BI and writing SQL Queries</li> <li>Preferred: Snowflake and/or DBT.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote or Hybrid depending on location.</li> <li>With your consent, reference checks will be conducted prior to receiving an offer.</li> <li>0-10% travel may be required (regional and international)&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer, dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
