Votre quotidien chez Conforama :
Interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de votre client, votre quotidien consistera avant tout à :
- Accueillir et orienter vos clients.
- Gérer l’ensemble des dossiers SAV (gestion administrative et logistique): pièces détachées, échanges, avoirs.
- Gérer les flux (entrées et sorties) de produits défectueux et pièces détachées
Qualifications
Ce qui va nous attirer :
Vous avez acquis une première expérience dans le domaine du service après-vente et/ou de la relation client.
Vous avez un tempérament dynamique et volontaire.
