Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Maintenance Director for a 50 bed Addiction Treatment facility in Jonesboro, GA.
Housekeeping Maintenance Director position is responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards.
Housekeeping Maintenance Director Key Duties
- Develop and manage maintenance, housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Housekeeping Maintenance Director Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years Maintenance and Environmental Services experience in hospital, or healthcare required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements for healthcare.
