Onsite Quality Assurance Associate II

Base rate of $17.00 per hour 
Must live in or near Plano, TX
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Paid training included: Training schedule same as work schedule

This position is responsible for monitoring compliance, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to established standards. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and report process deviations. Experience with quality checks, data review, and regulatory compliance will be considered an asset. 

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assume ownership of outstanding tasks during shift turnover
• Support the management of divert processes to maintain accuracy
• Perform random mail selections from the production floor to verify quality
• Ensure all mail complies with client requirements and internal standards
• Report quality issues promptly through email and maintain detailed documentation
• Follow up on reported issues to confirm resolution and drive continuous improvement
• Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain punctual attendance (1 week during shift)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quickly adapt to new processes

Requirements 

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must live within 25 miles radius from onsite location
• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, that may include an education verification as well

People who succeed in this role have:  

• Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry
• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,200 - $39,000.
