We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead onsite operational and technical service delivery for a Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for State stakeholders and ensures effective operations, communications, system support, release coordination, and compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across call center, provider relations, mail services, drug rebate, and clinical support functions.

• Serve as primary liaison with State Medicaid stakeholders.

• Ensure service delivery meets contractual, operational, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with technical teams on system support, issue resolution, and release management.

• Support operational reporting, data exchanges, and audits.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

• Lead and support operational change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience leading operational teams in Medicaid, PBM, or healthcare environments.

• Strong customer-facing operations leadership.

• Experience with healthcare systems, data exchanges, and service delivery.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for reviewing or troubleshooting data.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• PBM or Medicaid program experience.

• Knowledge of NCPDP standards and healthcare IT interoperability.

• Project management experience.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $89,436 - $116,150.
