Job Summary:

This adjunct position is to cover a variety of needs during the semester.

This posting exists to facilitate onboarding for adjunct faculty who have already been selected and approved to teach at Concordia College.

Please note: This is not an open adjunct search. Individuals who have not already received an offer to teach should instead review our other adjunct faculty opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree.

• Retirement Plan
• 13 Paid holidays including the time off between Christmas and New Year's
• Paid parental leave
• 50% tuition for Dependents at Concordia College
• Extras: access to athletic facilities, library, fitness classes, athletic events, theatre events, purchase dining on campus, free MATbus rides
• Salary – Compensation typically ranges from $997 to $5,530 per course, depending on academic qualifications, course credit load, and enrollment. Courses with low
  enrollment may be subject to reduced compensation in accordance with the College’s adjunct compensation guidelines.

The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position's requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
