Job Summary

The Dance Instructor at Concorde Education plays a pivotal role in enriching the cultural and physical education of our students. General Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Design: Develop a dance curriculum that caters to the diverse interests and abilities of students, focusing on various dance forms and creative expression.
  • Class Leadership: Conduct engaging dance sessions that teach students various dance styles, techniques, and choreographies, promoting physical fitness and artistic expression.
  • Environment Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that encourages students to express themselves through dance.
  • Student Assessment: Evaluate students' dance skills, provide constructive feedback, and foster their artistic growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other instructors and program coordinators to integrate dance education with other academic and extracurricular activities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of student progress and attendance.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school officials about student progress, program developments, and any concerns.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all dance equipment and spaces are properly maintained, set up, and stored after use.

  • Classroom Instruction: Lead dance classes that are dynamic and adaptive to student needs, ensuring active participation and learning.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep thorough documentation of student achievements, challenges, and feedback, and provide regular reports to the administration.

Salary: 75 - 125 USD Per hour
