Hourly Rate: $22.86 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Conagra Brands in Hagerstown, proud makers of Gardein, is looking for a Sanitation Operator to join our 3rd shift team. You will join a team of about 250 and will report to the Sanitation Supervisor.

Schedule:

3rd Shift | Sunday - Friday | 6- day work schedule | 10:00pm - 6:30am | You will need to be available for possible weekend work

Starting Pay:

$22.86/hour + $1/hour shift differential | Your wage will increase over time!

Essential Duties:

• Food safety and cleanliness is crucial to our business, making your role supporting the cleanliness of our plant machinery an essential part of our daily operations to ensure standards are maintained
• You will be helping to prepare production equipment for cleaning following Lockout Tagout procedures
• Inspections are key to ensure sanitation effectiveness; you will provide both visual and swab checks periodically
• Minimum downtime is important to our facilities, keeping this top of mind when performing pre-operational and sanitation processes and inspections
• Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned
