Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of experienced-hire Recruiters while driving innovative recruiting strategies across multiple business segments. You will balance leadership with hands-on recruiting, building strong partnerships with HR and business leaders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will leverage technology, data, and market insights to influence hiring decisions and elevate our talent acquisition approach. A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent for the business groups you and your team support
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve results, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and create tailored hiring plans
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for select roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Utilize tools like Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize sourcing and pipeline development
  • Use data and market insights to guide decisions and improve recruiting outcomes
  • Lead and collaborate on projects that improve technology, processes and analytics and maximize the impact of Talent Acquisition
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to enhance our recruiting capabilities

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for professional/corporate roles in Consumer-Packaged Goods or related industries
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment strategy and execution
  • Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and CRMs (Phenom)
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Talent Insights and LinkedIn Recruiter for market analysis and talent engagement
  • Proven success in attracting and closing passive candidates
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Comfort using data to shape recruiting strategies and decisions

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
