About this role

Reporting to a Vice President & General Manager, you will design and execute strategies to develop business in new international markets outside of North America. You will identify growth opportunities, create commercially viable market entry plans, and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure profitable and sustainable expansion beyond Conagra’s current Global Markets footprint. You will combine strategic vision, cultural intelligence, and disciplined execution to scale Conagra Brands globally and enable our accelerated international growth plan.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Define and implement expansion and growth strategies for new international markets.
  • Map business opportunities and develop action plans across Sales, Brand, Finance, Research & Development, and Supply Chain.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams, including Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources, to ensure seamless execution and integration.
  • Develop and validate commercialization plans, including market sizing and return‑on‑investment analysis.
  • Oversee profit and loss management to ensure strong returns.
  • Manage key aspects of market entry including portfolio selection, trademark registration, sourcing, and route‑to‑market partnerships.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, product registration, and demand planning for each market.
  • Monitor and report growth metrics, including awareness, household penetration, distribution, trial, and market share.
  • Promote the adoption and customization of global playbooks and best practices.
  • Provide strategic updates and governance to executive leadership.
  • Ensure timely and successful product launches aligned with company standards.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of consumer packaged goods experience leading international markets; food industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in strategic planning, disciplined execution, and P&L management.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Experience evaluating where to play and how to win in new markets.
  • Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and managing international initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing commercial strategies adaptable to diverse global markets.
  • Advanced negotiation, risk management, and executive decision‑making skills.
  • Strong organizational capability, critical thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, market analysis, and product development.
  • Skill in influencing, driving alignment, and delivering operational excellence.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$133,000-$197,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
