About this role

As a Brand Analyst, reporting to a (Senior) Brand Manager, you will be an important part of our team managing a portfolio of brands. You will serve as the analytical backbone of the team – translating data into insights, implications, and actions. You will use analysis tools to identify and evaluate drivers impacting business performance and recommend actions to help ensure delivery of our Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in supporting Brand AOP development, providing analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning support.

  • Monthly and ad hoc Circana analyses and reporting of business performance, to inform risks/opportunities, actions, and forecast.

  • Recognize and communicate data-driven insights. Analyze Category, Brand, Competitive, Channel and Customer dynamics to uncover insights and recommend actions to guide business performance.

  • Support P&L management for respective brands.

  • Identify and report volume forecast inputs and interdependencies.

  • Support development of national and customer-specific selling materials, including analytics and storytelling.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assigned projects are completed on time and within financial targets.

  • Anticipate future business needs and recommend course of action, proactively driving alignment with manager and cross-functional teams.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required, with an interest in pursuing a post-graduate degree (i.e. MBA).

  • One year of related experience or successful completion of a transferrable business internship in a related function or industry.

  • Solid analytical skillset with ability to find actionable, practical solutions to complex problems.

  • Experience collaborating in a team environment.

  • Strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity.

  • Passion for consumer brands.

  • Experience using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
