As part of our global Product team, you’ll collaborate with Product Managers and a variety of stakeholders to create user-centric, accessible, and value driven experiences that drive business outcomes and improve user satisfaction.
 

A role you will love 

You will design end-to-end user experiences for complex financial products used globally. Conducting user research, usability testing, and design reviews to validate and refine solutions.

Partnering with business analysts, developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation, along with implementing accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices.

Bringing data and business sense to design decisions, aligning user needs with revenue and cost optimization goals.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Leverage data visualization to simplify complex financial information.
  • Help drive UX and product maturity across the organization.
  • Research and bring forward new UX findings and insights to the team.
  • Run and take part in Service design workshops, journey mapping and strategic sessions.
  • Works with compliance team and assure we treat vulnerable customers fairly.
  • Creating design artefacts using Figma.
     

What will you bring to the role?   

You will have proven experience as a UX Designer in complex, fast-paced environments. Financial services experience or strong interest in financial products is a big plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and design outcomes and expertise in Figma, Miro, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Analytical and logical thinker, used to gathering/analysing information for decision making and problem solving. 

Other skills, experience & competencies include: 

  • Operational improvements in the design process.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Ability to interpret data and apply insights to design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
  • Grit, ownership, and ability to work independently while collaborating globally.
  • Confidence to challenge others’ ideas and with having their ideas being challenged.
