Location: Edinburgh or Bristol (Hybrid)

A role you will love

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager (or Senior Product Manager) with a strong background in trading and banking to join our growing Product team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our Trading offering, act as Agile Product Owner and lead the product strategy from concept through to market launch.

You’ll translate our vision into tangible products, align with organisational strategy, and deliver innovative solutions that meet client and business needs.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine strategic direction.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, prioritise initiatives, and shape product development.
  • Serve as Product Owner for an Agile scrum team, executing your product strategy and roadmap.
  • Create clear product documentation and communications, including marketing briefs, feature descriptions, and development updates. 


What will you bring to the role?

You can join us as either a Product Manager or a Senior Product Manager, depending on your experience level.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Background in banking/ financial services is essential with experience in dealing services.
  • Exposure to trading, capital markets or wealth management is highly desirable. 
  • Strategic ownership of complex products or services, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify or visualize complex topics effectively.
  • Success in delivering products aligned with business strategy and performance targets.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence/Jira and related analysis tools.
