A role you will love.   

The Senior Financial Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service that meets service level expectations. Works closely with their Team Lead to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. 

The role will have the following accountabilities:

  • Receives instruction on work from Team Lead and performs day to day operational activities in a timely manner with minimal errors and completes tasks within process specific TATs and SLAs.
  • Coach and develop the skills and abilities of assigned associates.
  • May assist team leads in managing and calibrating workload of assigned associates.
  • May prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metric reporting.
  • Attends meetings and training sessions for operational topics.
  • Handle projects as assigned by manager.

What will you bring to the role?  

  • BCom / MBA or equivalent; 3+ years related increasing experience in multinational business environments in India.
  • The Senior Financial Administrator position requires a good understanding of work routines and procedures used to support the CCT staff or previous experience supporting similar operational procedures.
  • Experience in performing analysis of documentation (credit agreement/term sheet. Trade packet).
  • Should have experience in reconciliation of cash balances; transfer funds between accounts and post new trades into Cash logs.
  • The role will operate within defined technical and operational procedures, which require proficient knowledge and awareness on how to apply them. Knowledge for the role will be acquired through on the job training and experience.
