The Finance function is responsible for providing transactional accounting services; treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting and commercial finance support to all business units and functions throughout Computershare, across all global locations. 

This position will be an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team and reports to the an FP&A Director.

A role you will love

The Finance Analyst will play a key role in producing and delivering financial planning and analysis support. They will be a key producer of financial analysis and reports whilst also supporting continuous improvement and project related activity alongside business as usual. The Finance Analyst role operates within a global function

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for highlighting and explaining sensitivities, variances and risks through delivery of timely, accurate and granular reporting and commentary of global performance.  Business drivers should be linked to actual spend and forecast whilst making recommendations for positive change.
  • Prepare a range of presentations for key finance review meetings with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their data requirements are met and provide analysis, education and support as appropriate.
  • Provide data and reports for a range of compliance, risk and audit requirements.
  • Participates in preparation of audited financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and ability to highlight and explain sensitivities, variances and risks 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Ability to manage small to medium scale projects Assists with ad-hoc projects.
  • Support team members in new Global strategic initiatives in a proactive and flexible manner
  • At least 3 years FP&A and business support experience,
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in finance, accounting or related discipline.
  • CA/CPA qualified (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) - or local equivalent
  • Experience with visualization software such as Tableau
  • ERP (Oracle Fusion (EPBCS/FCCS), SAP, Workday, other) experience

  • At least 3 years FP&A and business support experience,
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in finance, accounting or related discipline.

  • CA/CPA qualified (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) - or local equivalent
  • Experience with visualization software such as Tableau
  • ERP (Oracle Fusion (EPBCS/FCCS), SAP, Workday, other) experience
