We have an excellent opportunity for a Dealing Associate to join our Asset Services division within Global Core Operations (GCO), a shared services division of Computershare. If you’re looking for a job that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, you’ve found the right role.

The Asset Services division is a key pillar across Computershare’s enterprise with the primary responsibility to provide Dealing & Custody related activities (i.e. Custody/Execution & Settlements), for both the Investor Services and Plan Managers businesses.

A role you will love                     

The Dealing Associate is responsible for monitoring and triaging the day-to-day execution services provided to Plan Manager clients and their employee share participants, ensuring that all regulatory and market requirements are met.

The Dealing Associate will work closely with Brokers and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all client activity is actioned while providing technical support and solutions for new and existing product offerings and services related to dealing.

In addition, the Dealing Associate will also support and contribute to organisational change initiatives specific to all dealing platforms by driving discovery, deployment, testing and knowledge sharing.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Effective operational delivery of all dealing related activities (Sales, Purchases, Transfers).
  • Accountable for adherence to all daily transactions and associated SLAs.
  • Daily financial reporting.
  • Engaging internal stakeholders for all dealing related products & services.
  • Proactively dealing with risk controls as required with any functional or process change.

  • An understanding of dealing regulations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of trading systems.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven process review, improvement, and documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and actively participate in change initiatives.
  • An understanding of Employee Share Plans (preferable).
