Location: Canton, MA (Hybrid)

A role you will love
The Assistant Team Lead will work with the Team Lead and be supportive by considering the total workload of transactions that need to be processed. Working from a queue through our system, the Transaction Processors complete data entry of shareholder details and share amounts as well as requests to transfer shares from one party to another, requests to sell shares and update accounts, which include address changes, dividend payment elections and a variety of other maintenance transactions. You will be responsible for distributing this work amongst the Transaction Processing team.
As a motivator and organizer for the Transaction Processors, you will be a subject matter expert who also leads by example, working through the queue daily to assist the team as a whole.

Considering there are specific service level standards related to the review and processing of transactions, dependability, and the ability to prioritize your daily work as well as the workload of others is important in this role. If you are a natural leader with keen organizational skills, data entry experience, and strong reading comprehension abilities this may be the perfect fit for you.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $30/hr.
