We’re seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, fostering strong relationships while helping to evolve our account management operations.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for day-to-day plan administration and operational support, ensuring client requests are managed efficiently and service standards remain consistently high. As a subject matter expert, you’ll offer deep technical insight into our plans, products, and processes, and serve as the first line of escalation for both clients and internal teams.

Your schedule will include regular client meetings to review service delivery, plan upcoming events, and identify opportunities for improvement and added value. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to analyse client plans and craft tailored solutions, while also working alongside Relationship Managers to influence strategic and commercial outcomes.

Additionally, you’ll support Senior Account Managers on key accounts, contributing to a consistent, high-quality, and forward-thinking approach to client service.

What will you bring to the role? 

To be successful in this role, we would ideally like to see people from an operational Account Management background or a role with similar competencies. We are looking for a great communicator, who has experience in or is interested in the share plans industry and is looking to grow their career within Financial services. 

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience of account management or transferable skillset
  • Technical minded and solution oriented 
  • Excellent communication, and Stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in customer service in the financial services industry
  • Ability to build detailed understanding of assigned clients 
  • Ability to develop technical skills (SQL, html, high-level understanding of databases)
  • Multilingual (Desirable)
