Job Details
Role and Responsibilities
- Supervises participants who have intellectual and developmental disabilities on developing job skills.
- Completes weekly summaries as required.
- Operates the cash register.
- Assists customers as needed.
- Coordinates all phases of the store operations. Maintains store appearance and setup. Completes all paperwork as required. Responsible for store donations and itemizations. Customer assistance.
- Pick up and keep store maintained.
- Bring out and hang clothes as needed.
- Bring in donations from dock.
- Other duties may be required, including cleaning duties.
- Complete all training as set forth by the ID/DD guidelines.
- Complete CPR & First Aide training
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass background checks and drug screen.
- High School Graduate or GED required with retail experience preferred. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and development disabilities.
- Retail Experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting.
Special Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
