We are building cutting-edge solutions that help create a safer world and stop money from ending up in the hands of criminals.</p> <p>As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Own User Interface parts that enable compliance officers in financial organisations onboarding, viewing and editing their customers information.</li> <li>Work closely with Backend SWE to guarantee smooth and quality of features delivered.</li> <li>Participate in the design of our micro-frontend applications, ensuring they are performant, maintainable, and high-quality.</li> <li>Engage with team ceremony, contributing to conversations and decision making, advocating for good engineering practice and real impact.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p>As a Frontend Software Engineer, you <span style="text-decoration: underline;">should have:</span></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in frontend development with deep proficiency in TypeScript and React.</li> <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and design fidelity.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks, specifically Vitest or equivalent.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist) to optimize productivity and code quality.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile environments, utilizing tools like Jira to manage workflows and sprints.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with a track record of actively engaging in team discussions and providing constructive insights.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning.</li> <li>Adaptability and ownership, feeling comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities across various stages of the project lifecycle.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Nice to haves:</span></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with React Query for data fetching and state management.</li> <li>Experience writing e2e tests and with frameworks such as Cypress.</li> <li>Experience working with JSON schemas for data validation and API integration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Equity as we want you to have a part of what we are building.&nbsp;</li> <li>Unlimited Time Off Policy.
