Position Title: PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Location: Onsite | Portland, OR

Salary: $58,000 - $64,000

Job Summary

 

 

The Payroll Specialist provides knowledgeable support for all payroll applications, including SAP, MyCPM, MySTAFF, MyRequests and other applications. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department
  • Processes incoming calls and emails according to procedure
  • Creates work orders that capture structured data in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis
  • Makes recommendations of process changes
  • Provides documentation and testing to implement process changes and provide training for the team
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Payroll processing knowledge is required 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 2 years of previous customer service call center experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and suggest a resolution to issues
  • Payroll processing knowledge, preferred
  • SAP experience, preferred
