Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist provides knowledgeable support for all payroll applications, including SAP, MyCPM, MySTAFF, MyRequests and other applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department
- Processes incoming calls and emails according to procedure
- Creates work orders that capture structured data in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis
- Makes recommendations of process changes
- Provides documentation and testing to implement process changes and provide training for the team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Payroll processing knowledge is required
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 2 years of previous customer service call center experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and suggest a resolution to issues
- Payroll processing knowledge, preferred
- SAP experience, preferred
