What You'll Do
Strategic Support: You will play a key role in daily operations and business expansion, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Analytical Ownership: Acting as the "right hand" to the Head of Consumer Credit & Utilities, you will take full responsibility for high-level strategic and analytical tasks.
Cross-Team Integration: You will be the point of contact for major projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between Marketing, Product, and Operational teams.
Process Excellence: You will work within a multicultural environment to develop and refine internal processes, maintaining direct communication with the Group’s leadership team.
What We Expect from You
We are looking for a high-achiever who combines a strong analytical mindset with a "hands-on" execution style.
Academic Background: A degree or master’s in Management, Economics, Finance, or Engineering with a track record of outstanding results.
Proactive Mindset: A professional with a high sense of urgency, ownership, and a relentless drive to build successful businesses.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools; knowledge of SQL is considered a valuable asset.
Critical Thinking: The ability to solve complex problems and a genuine passion for the intersection of Strategy, Marketing, and Finance.
