In this role, you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Finance to define success metrics, guide investment decisions, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.</p> <p>Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll ensure insights translate into action through scalable reporting, experimentation, and data-driven recommendations. This role has a strong focus on self-serve analytics, continuous improvement, and helping GTM teams understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.</p> <p></p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end measurement of marketing performance across the GTM funnel, from acquisition through expansion and retention</li> <li>Define and evolve campaign success metrics tied to pipeline creation, revenue impact, CAC, and LTV</li> <li>Analyze website performance, user journeys, and funnel conversion to identify growth and revenue opportunities</li> <li>Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to align performance insights with forecasting, budgeting, and investment decisions</li> <li>Lead conversion rate optimization efforts by developing hypotheses, prioritizing experiments, and measuring impact</li> <li>Design and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion points</li> <li>Build and maintain scalable audience segmentation frameworks that support targeting, personalization, and measurement</li> <li>Own data activation workflows syncing audiences to marketing automation and CRM platforms</li> <li>Build and maintain trusted, self-serve dashboards in Metabase for marketing and GTM performance reporting</li> <li>Ensure metric consistency, data quality, and governance in partnership with Analytics</li> <li>Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations</li> <li>Act as a strategic thought partner to Marketing and GTM leadership, driving alignment and action through data</li> </ul> <h2><strong>The Impact You'll Have</strong></h2> <p><em><strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact.</span></strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1"> Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. </span></em><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="2"><em>I</em><strong><em>n this role, you’ll drive impact by:</em><br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Creating clear visibility into how marketing drives pipeline, revenue, and long-term growth</li> <li>Improving GTM investment decisions through reliable measurement and ROI insights</li> <li>Increasing conversion rates and funnel efficiency through experimentation and optimization</li> <li>Enabling smarter targeting and personalization through scalable segmentation and activation</li> <li>Establishing trusted, self-serve reporting that drives accountability and action across teams</li> <li>Helping marketing and revenue leaders focus on what matters most</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, revenue marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations</li> <li>Hands-on experience across modern GTM tech stacks, including marketing automation platforms, CRMs, data warehouses, and BI tools (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Metabase)</li> <li>Advanced SQL skills and strong analytical modeling intuition</li> <li>Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation programs</li> <li>Strong understanding of GTM, marketing, and revenue KPIs, including pipeline, ARR, CAC, and LTV</li> <li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear insights and storytelling</li> <li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution</li> <li>High standards for data quality, consistency, and governance</li> <li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and collaborating cross-functionally</li> <li>A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.</li> <li>A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits &amp; Compensation</h2> <p>This is a salaried position at CompanyCam.
