We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.</p> <p>But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!&nbsp;</p></div><h2>The Role</h2> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Revenue Operations Sales Analyst</strong> to support Sales and Revenue leadership with data-driven insights that fuel growth, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen pipeline performance. In this role, you’ll analyze the full revenue funnel—from lead handoff through closed-won and expansion—to identify opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and MRR/ARR outcomes.</p> <p>You’ll partner closely with Sales, Analytics, and Finance to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform sales strategy, capacity planning, and revenue growth initiatives. This role owns critical reporting and analysis that helps leadership understand what’s working, where risks exist, and how to scale revenue more predictably.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Analyze end-to-end sales funnel performance, including conversion rates, deal velocity, stage aging, win rates, ACV, ARR, and MRR</li> <li>Deliver clear, actionable insights on pipeline health, coverage, and sales capacity to support revenue decision-making</li> <li>Support sales forecasting through pipeline analysis, historical trends, and scenario modeling</li> <li>Partner with Finance on revenue modeling, capacity planning, quota setting, and ARR/MRR planning</li> <li>Identify forecast risks and upside early to improve predictability and confidence</li> <li>Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Metabase for pipeline, forecast, and revenue reporting</li> <li>Ensure reporting accuracy and consistent metric definitions in partnership with Analytics</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks and leakage points in the sales funnel and recommend data-backed improvements</li> <li>Track the impact of strategic initiatives such as pricing changes, packaging updates, and sales process experiments</li> <li>Act as a strategic analytics partner to Sales, Analytics, and Finance teams, enabling shared visibility into revenue performance</li> </ul> <h2><strong>The Impact You'll Have</strong></h2> <p><em><strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact.</span></strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1"> Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. </span></em><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="2"><em>I</em><strong><em>n this role, you’ll drive impact by:</em><br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Improving forecast accuracy and predictability for Sales and Finance leadership</li> <li>Helping revenue teams identify risks and opportunities earlier in the sales cycle</li> <li>Enabling smarter capacity planning and data-informed growth decisions</li> <li>Increasing pipeline efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue velocity</li> <li>Creating shared visibility and alignment around revenue performance and drivers</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, business analytics, or a related role</li> <li>Strong familiarity with Salesforce and revenue data models</li> <li>Experience working with analytics tools such as Snowflake and Metabase</li> <li>Intermediate SQL skills (preferred)</li> <li>Hands-on experience analyzing ARR, MRR, pipeline, and forecasting metrics</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights</li> <li>Clear communicator who can explain complex metrics to non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally</li> <li>A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.</li> <li>A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits &amp; Compensation</h2> <p>This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is <strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="1">$<span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">80,000-85,000</span></span></strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="2"> per year</span>&nbsp;and is based on experience.
